Our story and DNA
The founders of SGI Technology have been working in the recycling business since the early 1990s, initially building plants for the production of PET preforms from partly recycled granules. Subsequently, given the forthcoming of pyrolysis processing, our focus shifted to the development of Pyrolytic Technology. Consequently, the SGI Technology Company was born in 2008, engaging many experts in the field of pyrolysis and related fields, who significantly contributed to building a modern, efficient, environment-friendly and profit-generating tire recycling technology.
In early 2010, the first custom-made complete facility was installed and put into operation, addressing and successfully overcoming major problems and deficiencies in the field of pyrolysis worldwide.
Soon after SGI certified and patented its NexGen pyrolytic technology, constructed custom-made operating plants around the world, upgraded and turned many existing recycling plants into profitable operations, and assisted in the building of numerous tire recycling businesses, thus, profiling itself into a reliable partner and expert in the field of pyrolytic processing of waste tires.
NexGen pyrolytic solutions are customizable, high quality, modern, efficient and designed with a special emphasis on environmental impact and emission created during the recycling operation, which is significantly lower than the limits set by the standards of the European Union.
